Americas Best Value Inn-Warren

This hotel is overpriced. Check in staff was nice, check out staff was horrible. Bug infested room because of the 1" gap under most doors. The internet didn't work most of the time. I did have a microwave and fridge in my room which was nice.

My room was not an internet room. I was offered the use of the wireless in the lobby, but it only allowed me to access a website called Nomadic, and the reception staff had no idea how to connect to it. The room itself was a smoking room, which was disappointing, but more than the stench of smoke, it was also dirty and I had to clean the bathroom myself. Oddly, though she told me that only smoking rooms were available, there were only 5 cars in the massive parking lot. I cannot recommend more strongly against this hotel. I knew this was not a great hotel but for the price and the reason I was there it was fine. I would recommend this to someone who sees the pictures online and thinks there getting the same room. You are not going to get that room. The cops showed up for an alleged shooting but it turned out to be a domestic. That is just the kind of thing that happens here I guess. The staff was great the location good, right in downtown but not a romantic get a way by any means but that is not shy I was there. read more

For the price, I think we could have gotten a better room. Just down the road to be exact! From the pictures, the hotel looked fine, but in person it isn't real clean. I can deal with small, out of date, etc. But I cannot deal with a dirty room!
