Room was shabby, mirror was dirty, chair broken and TV.

Something was a tad off about this place. The entry way is nice and I was greeted almost immediately. Just past the entrance are a restaurant / bar and also the pool. This common area was nice. Once off the main area there was a musty / perfume smell around the elevator. The room was just a normal hotel room. The tub drained very slow, the water was luke warm, the desk chair hydraulic was broken, the mirror was dirty, there was a lot of bits and pieces behind the TV on the carpet. It appeared that the room hadn't had a deep clean in a while. The room numbers were of different vintage and gave me a sloppy appearance because of non-uniformity. read more

It did have a nice pool and very close to shopping.
The hotel did not come with breakfast.

Over all it was a good stay and I have used this hotel before. And close to shopping and the West lake Cleveland Clinic.

It was easy to get to and the room was comfortable.
This hotel is in major need of being remodeled.

The rooms were nice and updated, but the public spaces were in need of being remodeled.

It was sufficient. Thursday arrival there are hor'deurves, wine, beer, and soft drinks.
Breakfast is unique, but the food is not always hot enough.

Sufficient, friendly staff and was very helpful. They need more refrigerators for those who request them.

The management and staff were fabulous.

They even gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet both mornings, because we are priority club members. A fabulous value for $36 per night at a wonderfully maintained and operated hotel!

Close to my business.
My head was itchy all night.

This hotel is in need of a major do-over - the rooms are old - the interior of the hotel smell like chlorine - the rooms are old - and I swear the bed had bed-bugs!

Bed was comfortable.
No plug in bathtub, bathmat was loose in tube.

Things just looked a little worn. Could not find food delivery after 10:00 pm.
