Chairmans Award Property Centrally located in the heart of South Tulsa's rapidly growing business district, our location is a perfect home base from which to explore a multitude of nearby attractions. Oral Roberts University and the ORU/Mabee center are approximately 1 mile away. The Tulsa River lanes bowling alley is virtually across the street holding regional and national league competitions. Also within short distance of our location are a wide range of Tulsa's premier attractions and facilities such as the Southern Hills Country Club, Creek Nation Gaming, the Arkansas River and the Cancer Treatment Centers of America to name a few. The nearby restaurants, museums, Creek Nation Gaming, The Oklahoma Aquarium, historical sites and the short distances to midtown and downtown Tulsa add to the convenience of our location. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with special built-in amenities, such as alarm clock/radio, 25 inch remote controlled television, iron/ironing board and hairdryer in every room. Mini-fridge and microwave and/or kitchenettes in select rooms. On-site you can find a bar/lounge, exercise room and meeting space to accommodate up to 35 people. We have plenty of RV/BUS parking and are located on a major bus line route. read more

The room was clean.
The room was very small.

This was a great hotel to stay at for Oktoberfest! We were able to drive up the road a mile and park next to the Hilton (in the Wal-Mart parking lot) to catch the $3 shuttle bus to the festival. The price was awesome. Our only complaint was the fact that the room was the smallest my boyfriend and I had ever stayed in. You don't get a hot, free breakfast either. There are only muffins, bagels, and toast. read more

The hotel was quiet and I was very tired. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were adequate.

The receprionest was vewry polite.
The room was very small and the mattress was very soft, to soft.

It was convient to where we wanted to go. It was quiet. The room was too small with a soft mattress. The only parking was in front of the building which made every one walk to their room rather than parking close by.

I did not like the noisy people in the bar connect into the hotel.
