The plumbing from the room upstairs was very noisy to us downstairs.

Very low quality room for the money, I have stayed in much better hotels for less money.

Good location for Shakespeare Festival.
Rooms small.

Short distance to the Shakespeare Plays and downtown Ashland. We stayed in the older part of the motel, did not see the newer part which may have had larger rooms. Clean and the staff was friendly.
