the convience of a refrigerator and microwave
beds were too hard for me

Good basic clean place to stay for my visit with younger family members and friends nearby. We were not expecting or in need of a fancy hotel or B&B environment.

Conveniently located, well kept & clean, friendly staff.
Bathroom was a bit small.

It was a nice sized room for 2 people, well appointed for a motel; had a small fridge, a microwave oven, and the A/C worked great during triple digit heat!

Econo Lodge's waffles provides a bit more than the average continental breakfast.
The beds were a bit hard, and the rooms were small.

Although not an extremely comfortable or nice looking hotel, the Econo Lodge in Ashland provided an inexpensive place to stay when going to the Shakespeare Festival. This motel was nearly half the price of others in the area, and much more comfortable than some that I have stayed in. Although you will not be in the lap of luxury, for the price, I highly recommend the Econo Lodge, Ashland. read more
