Very friendly staff, close to freeway.
Pool was shut down.

Overall, this was a nice hotel, we choose this hotel because it had a indoor pool; but it was closed when we got there, kids were very disappointed; the front desk found out and let the kids watch a movie on demand for free. the buffet breakfast was very good.

Very nice room and service was great.
Difficult to find.

The hotel stay was a great experience. I stayed there for the Portland Marathon. Sleeping is usually difficult for me the night before a race. I slept well with a very comfortable room and bed.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
They originally sent us to a room that was already occupied, very embarrassing to walk in on somebody.

The hotel was nice, very beautiful lobby. The room, once we got an empty one, was clean, very nicely done. I like the bed, plenty of pillows. All in all a good stay once we got settled

Atmosphere around the hotel was great along with its location.
Some charges seem ridiculous. $0.75 for a local call on their phones.

Very, very outstanding staffing, sincere and friendly.
The bed was a bit hard.

Great location, parking is free, super friendly and sincere staffing on site 24 hour.

The check in was fast, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the public bathrooms were a mess.

Easily accessible to wood chip trails, including a 2-mile perimeter loop at Nike World Headquarters.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was easily accessible to the highway to get into Portland or further west to the wedding I was attending but I could also find places to run. The hotel was clean and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Even after I checked out, I was able to easily reach someone on the phone when I was lost in the middle of downtown Portland. I would definitely stay here again for my next Portland adventure. read more

Yes for hot tubs! That was the best.
The check in woman was not polite.

Great location, safe place. Rooms were cozy and spacious. Enjoyed every part of my stay.

Floral spray used by housekeeping after cleaning room; it was toxic.

Handicap rooms need better furniture placement for easier movement of occupant(s). At least the room we were in needed a better layout. Bathrooms need more counter space.
