Good value, safe, clean.
Being charged for smoking in the room when I did not.

The hotel was a good value. The only complaint I have, and I feel it is major, is being accused and charged high for smoking in my room when I did not. I asked for and got a room close to an outside entrance so I could go outside to smoke.

The billing said it was downtown but it really is not walkable.

Spa was luke warm.

We have never stayed at a Fairfield Inn before and we were very pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations. My husband was most impressed by the breakfast, which he described as the best he has had to date.

The price was great. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
The room was a bit small, and we had to park in the street or walk a long way to the room.

Overall, this was a great place to stay and it was easy access, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great and the stay was very pleasant. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, or the Jacuzzi but it looked nice and clean. Next time if we can, we will definitely try it.
