Nothing.
Dirty, smelly, noisy (next to road), charged me twice.

Should be condemned! It sits right on the road so all you hear are cars and trucks every night. I tried to argue but they would not budge and I needed a place to stay. They gave me the worst room possible and everything just felt and looked dirty.
