Friendly staff, great location.
Continental breakfast needs improvement, beds and pillows very uncomfortable, AC unit very noisy.

This hotel meets all requirements for families bringing their child to college, as well as business people. The accommodations were basic, not for comfort and relaxation.

I am more upset, the price of this motel, per night and yet you charged me, and would not do a refund even though the girl I talked to admitted that I was charged the wrong price for the quality of the motel.

The location was the best for us. Our friends live near by. Our car show event was not too far away.
The bathroom walls were a little suspect and the bathroom door had a hole in it.

Over all for our needs the was the ideal place for us do to the convenience of the location to what we were doing that weekend. Would we stay there again.

Nothing.
Wanted room with 2 beds and got 1. Hotel full so we couldn't change rooms. Many guests complained that night.

We traveled a long distance with young children and the town was small. The manager was very rude. Have told many about our unpleasant stay.

I would not have given it more than a 1 star. Need much work. Carpet in our room was coming loose at the bathroom door which created a safety hazard. Continental Breakfast was nothing but sugar foods.

Close to shopping and Mcmenamins restaurant is great.
Pool area needs work too much chlorine!

Owners are very nice and helpful. Room was very large and was great for a week's stay. Close to our family and restaurant across the street is wonderful!

The size of the bathroom, sink, etc.
Lamps were bent or broken, not enough towels, shampoo, no direction to the ice machine, etc, hallways were very hot.

Not bad, the staff was very pleasant, likeable, but the room could have been in better condition. The pool needs to be re-surfaced, as well as the spa, paint was peeling off, couldn't access with room key, had to get a master from front desk. The staff was actually the best part of the hotel, in my opinion.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The overall smell was not very pleasant.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for my needs. Room was spacious and comfortable, included mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Bathroom was closet sized. Smell of motel was like perfume over old cigarette smoke. Night was quiet and peaceful.
