A clean facility with friendly and helpful staff.
Outside night lighting does give good secure feeling.

The hotel has good freeway access and is located close to major shopping and numerous decent restaurants. It is neat, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel offered a very nice breakfast with both hot and cold choices. I liked that the window opened.
A micro fridge might have been nice in the room.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It had an indoor pool and fitness center as well as a nice lobby and breakfast room. The lobby had a computer with internet access for use by guests (and a big bowl of candy). The room was updated with memory foam like mattresses and a window that opened for fresh air. The room overlooked a lovely tree lined ravine and was very quiet.

I've stayed in this hotel before on my trips to Portland- always friendly, clean, convenient & restaurants close by. I5 is right there as well.

Air conditioning very loud and no fridge.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Portland and are overall very satisfied. We particularly like the roominess, the bed linens, and the comfort of the bed. The air conditioner was particularly loud this visit, and we would like to have a small refrigerator in the room. Also, the tub stopper didn't work, but normally our room is in perfect condition. The continental breakfast is always great. read more

Very small amount of mold in grout in shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet and luxurious feel to the room.

Can not think of anything.

I came into town for an overnight business trip and found the room as well as the whole hotel to be very clean. The surroundings were quite pleasant, and I would stay there again. I especially liked it that they had eggs in the breakfast room.

Our room was great! Very clean and comfortable. I loved the high ceilings!
The parking lot was a little too small.

The hotel was a nice stay. It was more than what I expected. I would stay there again.
