Close to my daughter's college.
Unfriendly help.
This is a bare bones hotel, but if access to things close by is important; it is great.

I never really saw the hotel. Left at the counter because rude and hostile counter man.
Counter man has what you call very bad customer service skills.
The young man at counter was unfriendly. It was like being checked by a jailer. He had problems with processing my credit card and was on phone about 7 or 8 minutes, very irritated, talking to someone about it in a language I did not understand. I had to get back to pick up my spouse and was anxious, and probably looked it. I did not say anything, did not scowl, and made no impatient gestures. When he gave me back my card, he said he didn't like my attitude and felt like throwing me out. I exclaimed, "What?" He said I had slammed the counter when I picked up card and was pacing all over the room. So I got my card back and left. I am 73 years old and have stayed at many hotels, motels and other guest facilities. I have never, ever, remotely had an experience like this. I would tell anyone not to go there. read more

The lobby was very small and smoky smelling and the continental breakfast was far below expectations.
