Complimentary evening snacks & drinks, in the restaurant were very poor.
We were given a handicap room, with a single twin bed. It was OK for the first night since we checked in at midnight. The next evening the staff refused to move us to a room with a larger bed. The front desk staff said that since we paid less than a regular guest they came first. There were rooms available and it was after 7PM.

Convenient, price was right. This particular Embassy Suites is showing it's age. Could use some remodeling/refurbishing.

I felt safe allowing the kids to be without constant parental supervision.
I can't imagine how to feed as many people with out the long lines for food, the constant running out of certain foods and coffee.
I think this is a great hotel for families and for the purpose of which it served. It was reasonably priced, close to the mall, had a pool for the kids, and breakfast was included. So I shouldn't complain at all, except I couldn't say I really enjoyed the hotel itself. It worked nothing special or memorable. Just convenient, clean and close.

Their breakfast , even though lines were long.
Many things were broken in our room, Before we were there ofcourse.
The hotel itself is nice. I swear they gave us the same room that we had last year or really close to it. We don't seem to get one of the nicer, close rooms. We always end up off to the side somewhere. The faucet fixtures were in need of tightening. The tub didn't drain well. etc

It's right off of a major highway, the rooms are spacious, and it includes a hot breakfast.
Two elevators serving the entire building can result in a pretty long wait to get down on busy days.
We stayed for one night (Saturday) and there happened to be a soccer tournament or something so the place was just crawling with kids and their parents. It was really busy at breakfast time with long waits for food and elevator service. Otherwise, I think the hotel was great. Rooms are large with lots of working space and check-in/out was fast.

The breakfast was great.
Refrigerator full of water/defrosted freezer & didn't clean afterwords. It smelled bad. Too tired to ask for another room.
The hotel is very nice and except for small things I can't complain. However, the small things add up and effect your overall impression and attitude in the end. I did not like the fact that the internet wasn't free. I've never stayed anywhere that charged for internet.
