It was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and gave me perfect directions.
The road by the hotel was noisy.

I enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find, right off the exit. The ladies at the front counter were very helpful and nice. They wrote out directions to the place I was going. The hotel was quiet, but the road next to it was quite busy during rush hour. The bed was great too.

Filthly lobby, staff ignored us at counter, rude guests.

Honestly, I would never stay at this hotel again. After being ignored by the front counter staff for five minutes we were gruffly acknowledged. The lobby furniture was so filthy I wouldn't let my family get near it. The air conditioner was broken. Pool guests were so rude and had a towel/water fight. We had to abandon our use of the pool.

Hotel staff sucked. Very unhelpful.

When we checked in we didn't realize that we had a handicaped room. There was a sink - period. No counter or anything. We thought - ok - all the rooms must be this way. The next morning we saw inside another room the maid was cleaning and it was much nicer. The blow dryer didn't work and I went downstairs to the front desk with totally wet hair. She didn't offer another blow dryer or anything. She wrote it down on a piece of paper. When I checked out and asked for a receipt, Katie said that I would get one in the mail in the next two weeks. No service whatsoever! Horrible Sheraton - you should be ashamed of treating guests that way. read more

The desk clerk was very helpful in providing a map of nearby restaurants for dinner. Both desk clerks were very pleasant.
Although the continental breakfast offered variety, breads and pastries were in open bags. They also ran out of jams/jellies which was disappointing.
