This hotel had a convention of Latino's in it. Forget about using the elevator, forget about getting the breakfast that's offered with your stay as the line with the convention was 30 people deep. The Flat screen TV turned on every morning at 6:32 a.m. It startled me both days & I did not plan to wake up at that time

Great location, easy off/on HWY.
Amenities not working (Spa/Remote for TV).

Wanted to relax in hot tub, jets not working, asked for someone to fix it, waited over 15 minutes with no response. The remote for TV didn't work. Easy registration (internet for reservations) like the location, close to where we needed to go for our trip to Redmond.
