The bed was comfortable, and I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave.

Bed and pillow provided excellent comfort.
Couldn't control temperature well. Would have liked more cozy nooks throughout hotel.

The guest rooms provided all the comfort and luxury we expected. However, it was a good hotel to stay at if a person isn't looking for a lot to do on site. No indoor pool. Limited exercise facility. No cozy nooks to escape to when the guest room got boring. Really this hotel is for the traveler who will be away much of the day from the hotel.

Nothing.
Total disregard for the rest conscious traveler.

Limited dinner menu, chef only has garlic on his mind. Hotel extremely noisy.

Hotel was located close to the events we needed to be at. Very convenient to highways, etc. Very clean and friendly. Would definitely stay again, especially if I can get it through Priceline. It made the trip very affordable.

Everything.
Smell in my room needs more washers and dryers.

Love everything except for the staffs timely response for cribs and air freshener.

Hotel and room were very clean and in very good condition.
The only negative thing I can say is that the beds were not comfortable.

The room was nicely decorated, CLEAN, comfortable and the bed, I want to take home. My husband loved the flat screen TV also.
The restaurant closed at 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

The restaurant closed at 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. I can see Sunday. But after going to the casino or elsewhere you kind of want to dine close to your lodging.

Room was big, clean & very comfortable bed.
Bathroom was small compared to the room.

It was exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.

Comfortable Room.
Internet almost never worked and don't ask the staff for anything They are very rude and not helpful.

I travel for work and set up rooms for myself and others from work as well as family and friends weekly. This Holiday Inn is by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We stay for weeks at a time and the internet almost never worked. We were paying for it and never got a discount or even a sorry! The staff has consistently been rude and not helpful They tried to charge outrages fees for faxing. If you are traveling don't stay here if you need to work or even if you expect basic service from the staff. read more
