Honored with the 2007 Days Inn of the Year Award as well as the Days Inn Chairman Award for Quality year after year. At the Carlisle Days Inn and Suites our guests are our number 1 priority. Our award winning staff are also proud to say that we won the 2007 GX Medallia Customer Satisfaction Award and we strive to continue our record of excellence throughout each guests stay with us. Built in 1989 with an additional portion of the building added in 1995 the Days Inn & Suites features 136 nicely appointed rooms with recent upgrades including remodeled bathrooms and the addition of many new amenities such as complimentary high speed wireless internet and turned down beds with a plentiful supply of plush pillows. Also remember that many new items are always being planned as we continuously work to offer all we can to every guest. In the morning, our guests enjoy a plentiful complimentary DayBreak breakfast buffet, including hot belgium style waffles, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and much more! Breakfast is served daily from 6:00am to 9:00am in our spacious atrium breakfast area. It's a great way to start your sunsational day. read more

This Days Inn has interior hallway room access - I always feel safer when the hotel has interior hallways; many Days Inns do not.
The workout room didn't have a treadmill.

It was much better appointed and comfortable than any other Days Inn I'd used.

The location.

Had to go to Carlisle to pick up my husband who is a trucker. It was not real close to the trucking company, but it was clean & the room had free wifi, which is always a plus.

The free breakfast was fantastic - sausage, eggs, biscuits. Very delicious! Also they accommodated our request for 2 double beds.

The hotel was excellent - clean, accommodating, and a delicious free breakfast.

For a Days Inn this hotel was well above our expectations.

We were surprised at how nice this hotel was for being a Days Inn. The rooms are not fancy but clean and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was fine, again not fancy but it filled the bill for being on the road. They actually have a small bar above the lobby which was a welcome place after driving for 12 hours. The staff we dealt with really make this place shine. Very friendly and helpful making us feel at home. read more

Location to the event we were attending.
A/C did not work properly - lots of slamming doors.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the noise around the room was very annoying - we must have heard doors slamming 50 times and the AC would not stay on and there was hardly any food left at 8:30 when we went to breakfast so we went to McDonald's. Also we had to get a smoking room since that was all they had left.

Clean rooms, safe feel, good breakfast, later check-out time.
No microwave in room as promised.

Very clean, safe, economical room with a good continental breakfast. Good location for trip to Harrisburg-Hershey area.
