Pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, great pool.

What a super place to stay! Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were nice. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a relaxing temperature and very clean. The location of the hotel was great for finding places to eat and shop.

Maintenance issues in various areas.

It was a fairly nice hotel, but with some shortfalls. The king bed was so uncomfortable, that we could hardly sleep, it was like a spring-filled rock. The pillows went totally flat wherever your head was, and using 2 pillows bent your neck up. The bed and pillows caused us to cut our stay by from 3 days to 2, just so we could get some restful sleep in our own bed again. The heat option on our wall heat/air unit was non-functional and it dropped to around 39 degrees at night outside. The 2-person whirlpool tub was more of a 1.5 person unit, and 2 jets were loose and non-adjustable, and both flow control knobs were broken on the highest setting. The exercise room was about 8x12 feet and had only a multi-function weight bench/unit, a stepper, and an out-of-service treadmill. read more

The in room whirlpool tub was fantastic.
Continental breakfast could run an hour longer in the morning.

Nice place to stay and well taken care of. Definitely budget friendly.

The hotel was pet friendly and had clean rooms with fairly new carpet.
The breakfast room did not have enough air conditioning for the space.

We enjoyed staying there and the next time we go back to the area. We will stay there again.

Right next store to barbecue restaurant, and hotel had a nice pool.
Needs some outside prettying up. Grounds around the hotel are barren.

We were surprised at the cleanliness and friendliness once we got inside. We were just there for the night, and welcomed only a short walk to restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. Leaving at 4 am the next morning, my wife and I found the check out person to be quite helpful and friendly (and awake). There was coffee for the road.
