Top notch customer service, probably the best in years of hotel stays; beautiful decor

This hotel was exceptional. The room was great. The customer service was absolutely exceptional. Also provided me menus to order take out delivery since I got there late and the restaurant was closed...this was without asking, a first in my experience.

Bad mannered, ineffective unapologetic staff who screwed up my room.

My room was not cleaned until 3 pm on the second day of my stay. That was because the desk staff never communicated with the housekeeping crew that I was there for two nights. This happened although they assured me twice that this would not happen! My room was eventually left without many necessities: toilet paper, tissues, coffee, tea , cups, etc. until I went and got these items myself. I never received an apology either. read more

I slept like a dream on the most comfortable bed ever!
Just a little farther from the airport than some other hotels.

This is by far the best Pittsburgh airport hotel I've stayed at. Recently renovated, the rooms are clean & well-planned. I liked the sink separate from the toilet & shower area, which makes it much easier for two people to get ready in the morning. Rooms are equipped with a large flat-screen TV and the most comfortable, beautiful beds you'll find anywhere. The bar was a nice place to watch the hockey game and the airport shuttle was convenient and easy. All staff including check-in, door man, shuttle driver, and bartender were friendly and offered great customer service. I'll be disappointed to stay anywhere else! read more
