It seemed to be safe and clean.
Dishonest in trying to add extra charges to bill.

If not for the disputed additional charges that this hotel attempted to add to my credit card after my stay, I may have been more generous in rating it a one-star hotel. The parking for this hotel is not convenient in the dark behind the hotel when the few spaces on the side are filled. The staff were not especially friendly and apparently devious judging by the bill. I will not repeat a stay at this hotel. read more

Very nice and clean place. Big rooms and friendly staff.
I really liked the place. Took 3 trips there and didn't want to get anywhere else.

Very nice and clean big rooms with refrigerator in the room, that really helps. Really nice place to stay.

Rooms unclean, only smoking rooms available.

It was definitely not 2.5 stars. It was a 1 star for sure. It was not clean; the free wireless internet was a hassle; it was beside a busy street and was noisy; there were only smoking rooms available and we had to pay extra for a non-smoking, handicapped room; the continental breakfast was sub-par. Overall a poor experience.

It was a quiet hotel in close proximity of major malls and restaurants.
The room was pretty ugly and had alot of stains on the carpet. Looked kind of like a motel rather than hotel.
