It is attractive. It was clean. It was close to Hershey.
Girl at desk could have been friendlier. Coffee pot was not there in room.

We paid an extra $25 for the indoor swimming pool. It was closed for the winter season. It. Coffee available 24 hours but when we went to breakfast it was out every few minutes because they only had one pot on for everybody. No coffee pot in room. Loose wires were sticking out of air conditioner area.

The closeness to Hersey Park.
It was run down and smelled. The pool was closed.

For the price, it was what I should have expected. It was an older hotel with no frills. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast is better than other places I've been to.
The pool needs a lot of maintenance.

My stay was short but for the price it was a good value, rooms were clean and staff was helpful, my only concern was that the pool area was not well maintained other than that it was ok. I think I will come back again!

Location, ease of checkout, it had a continental breakfast.
Lack of working smoke detector in room, broken fire sprinkler in room, exposed wires in room.

I would not stay at this hotel again. There were exposed wires coming from the wall and left sitting in a corner of the room. The smoke detector was also just wired hanging from the device and the sprinkler head was broken. The one bar of soap was barely big enough for one shower and there were two of us. It was not replaced for the second day we stayed there.

Price.
In poor condition.

Not a bad location, short staffed, pool in need of repair. Room was fairly clean. I would not stay again with a family. Maybe good for adult traveler or business traveler.

We got excellent advice about Hershey Park discounts.
It was not as clean as I had hoped and the pool was cloudy. I had to bring my own extra pillows to my room.

The people working there were nice. The soda machines were not full and some were not working. The ice machines were not clean, I would not get ice from them. The pool was cloudy. The room was pretty clean but getting a little run down. The elevator had a nasty smell.

Very convenient to the park, friendly staff, good price.
The breakfast eating area very small and fills fast.

Overall this hotel served its purpose. We were in town for the Jonas Brothers concert and Hershey Park and a lot of other places were 150 -400. I would go back.

Location near Hershey Park.
No fruit at breakfast.

Hotel is located with easy access to I-81 and Hershey Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but still good. They have coffee and juice available all day.

Close to Hershey Park.
Rooms were dirty, bed was uncomfortable, rooms were small.

The hotel is close to Hershey Park. But stay at the hotel next to this one. It has bigger rooms and cleaner rooms. The rooms here are small, the bed is uncomfortable, and feels dirty to me, trashcan in the whole room. I will not stay at this hotel again. I will stay at the adjacent hotel the next time I visit Hershey Park.
