I liked the hotel and would stay there again should I return to to the area. It was clean, everything worked, and the staff were cordial and accommodating. I would recommend it to both families and business travelers.

Great proximity to downtown restaurants and clubs - we had supper then listened to a band play.

Right in the middle of downtown Harrisburg, this hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city, with lots of restaurants and the river parks right nearby.

The room was exceptionally clean!
The elevators were very slow.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was helpful. The room was wonderful and the restaurant kitchen was very efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Half hour wait for elevator
every time.

We stayed on tenth floor and the room was nice enough but it was a half hour wait for elevators. When we decided easier to use stairs the doors were locked so you couldn't get out not only frustrating but that can't be safe.

The main areas and rooms were attractive and the location was perfect.
There was a sour smell in the bathroom, and a view of the parking garage. The rooms are fairly small.

The location was perfect for my event in the Whitaker center and convenient to downtown. The room was attractive but small and the bathroom had an odd smell. The pool was enjoyable to my young daughter. The outdoor dining was enjoyable but pricey, and the breakfast buffet was reasonable.
