The lobby was welcoming, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds. The chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.
I saw dishes from room service that was not picked up when I checked in at 3:00.

I really loved the decorations in the lobby especially for the holiday season. I ate two of the most delicious chocolate chip cookies that they offer in the lobby. That was such a warm and feel at home gesture. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It was service with a smile. I loved the room and the bed is very comfortable. The shower was perfect with an adjustable shower head and great hot water with tremendous water pressure. A great place to stay and close to the Hershey attractions. read more

It was very clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly and informative.
I don't have any complaints.

I was very satisfied with my room. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep. The staff was very friendly and were able to answer any questions about the area I had.

The welcome at the front desk by the staff was very forthcoming and genuine.
They were renovating the floor we stayed on and could smell the glue and cleaning products.

Quiet and comfortable.
Direct TV went off the first night around 10 p.m. till next day. A complimentary breakfast buffet would have been nice. Only offered free coffee.
