Welcome to the Inn at Jim Thorpe. Our hotel, painstakingly and lovingly restored, recalls that high flying era of gaslights and horse-drawn carriages, black diamonds and victorian opulence. Built in the 1840's, it has provided comfort to some of the 19th century's most influential and colorful people. It is said General Grant, President Taft, Buffalo Bill, Thomas Edison, and John D. Rockefeller have all passed through our doors. The inn is located in the heart of the historic village of Jim Thorpe, PA. Our village offers a wide variety of activities, from mountain biking and whitewater rafting to historic mansion and museum tours. You'll find more to do in Jim Thorpe than nearly any other place in Pennsylvania. It was like traveling back in time a hundred years.
Parking.

My brother and I stayed there one night. The hotel was old and quaint but in a very positive manner. They had a very nice continental breakfast in the morning.

Very romantic, fun, outgoing with historic charm and ambience.
Very firm bed but I solved that with an egg crate cushion.

Great wine and cheese romantic getaway, Its like new Orleans in P.A. Great bike town if you ride. Sight seeing- historic building tours-mountain biking whitewater.

Enjoyed the complete experience.
Nothing.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, public areas were comfortable (especially 2nd floor balcony) room was beautifully furnished, clean & comfortable.
