It is clean and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Hotel was nice, but when my son woke up in the morning, he had bug bites on his feet. I reported it to the desk and they were concerned and indicated I would be contacted by management, and that they would address the issue.

It was very clean, convenient and comfortable, reasonably priced and
excellent value.

It was in a terrible location in between two freeways. There was one restaurant in the whole town and you had to go through a toll booth to get anywhere. It was awful.

Upon arrival, we were told that we reserved two smoking rooms not two non-smoking rooms which I thought I requested on line. Maybe my mistake. But the manager made it clear that because I made my reservation on line and not over the phone that it was my entire fault and there was nothing they could do. Also my 25 year son was on the elevator with two staff members who were talking loudly about how my wife & I must be stupid and how the hotel would never make a mistake like that. read more

I arrived and was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were helpful in helping me find my way around d the area and promptly informed me of the hot soup and coffee or tea that was available. My room was comfortable and more than met my needs.

Directions given were completely WRONG, lost considerable time. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, location fair.
