Location and ease of check-in. Very friendly staff.

Very quiet location. Not too far from local dining establishments. If you want a lodging for leisure and relaxation, this is a good place.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good and accommodating, especially since there was no restaurant on the premises.

Hotel employees were courteous and helpful at all times.
We usually stay on first floor but had to stay on 3rd floor due to musty odor in 1st floor room.

This was my second stay at this hotel with someone accompanying me. Overall, the hotel was clean, affordable, and easy to get to from all directions. There are two to three eateries with great food within walking distance, and shopping for pharmaceuticals and other items within a short driving distance.

The mattress was very comfortable.
I booked a 2 bed room, they only had 1 bed available. They did not offer a discount. The Internet was up and down the whole time.

There's only 2 hotels in lock haven, next time I'll pick the other one.
