Description of Days Inn Meadville
Meadville's only full service hotel with many onsite amenities. We offer an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. Monday through Friday we offer a FREE continental breakfast. On Saturday and Sunday we offer a buffet breakfast for only $5.95 + tax. We have our own Neon Cactus restaurant and lounge with a little Tex-Mex atmosphere. Both offer nightly specials. We also have meeting and banquet facilities for up to 350 people. Groups can reserve a hospitality room for socializing. Many recent renovations have been done. Close to several golf courses and Conneaut Lake. Nearby to Erie and Grove City. Also nearby is the Conneaut Lake Bark Park. Pets Allowed $20 Dollars Per Pet Per Day. read more

We booked 2 rooms and when we got there they weren't even in the same building. We asked if there was something closer and there was so they changed the room. However the other room was a smoking room we booked non-smoking and there were 2 small children in that room. I think this is ridiculous if you book more than one room under the same credit card they should automatically put them as close as possible. read more

Everything was dirty and worn out. The lock was loose in the door.

Don't stay at this hotel. The hall carpet was filthy, the wall paper was coming off the walls. The bathroom was grimy with old dirt and the lock rattled in the door. It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience to stay here.

Good location and indoor pool.
Pool was a little dirty.

The hotel was what I expected for the price and star level. Nice that they had free breakfast during the week and an indoor pool.

Everything you would expect of a moderate hotel. The pool and dinner/breakfast facilities were above average. Family friendly was great although that can be a turn off for a business traveler as families can be loud.

The staff was friendly. The room was nicely decorated and clean.
The bathroom had a few dirty spots on the wall and the light cover was broken.

Nothing fancy, but it is comfortable and nice. The Neon Cactus was a great place to watch the game and hang out with friends. The pool is a great plus.

The restaurant and lounge.
The odors in certain parts of the hotel were horrible, and the carpeting in the rooms were filthy. Feet had to be wiped often.

I found economy motels to be about the same as this two star. You could not walk from the bathroom to the bed without getting dirty feet. Departure time was scheduled for 12:00 on my confirmation e-mail. We were scolded by cleaning personnel for being there at 11:45. We were told that Checkout time was at 11:00 and that it was posted on the back of the door. We don't usually read the back of doors. Had to show confirmation letter and was told to hang onto it because I may be charged for an extra hour. Someone screwed up and it wasn't me. read more
