Comfortable beds.

This hotel was convenient to all the things we needed. Too close to the turnpike, but staff volunteered to update room on check-in in order to place us a bit further away from the road. It was comfortable and updates were nice. Convenient internet access.

They responded to our request to move rooms because it was a smoking room.
It was dirty, uncomfortable, unattractive and even non smoking rooms reeked of smoke.

It was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. The sheets and towels were incredibly itchy, the furniture looked like someone had been sewing on it. I would have rated this hotel far below a one. The service was excellent the facilities were awful.

Fire alarms at 12:30 AM.

It was great except that the fire alarms went off at 12:30 AM, not only once but THREE times. The desk staff told us someone had turned them on by accident. Some accident. I probably wont be going there again.

The pool was closed.

The room was nice, pretty big and clean. It had a fridge and microwave and the internet access was free.

Unkempt dirty bathroom, dirty smelly beds and curtains.

This is a very poor choice and the room was very poorly maintained. Bathroom and the bathtub were exceedingly dirty and the staff was rude to say the least. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
