The bathroom is potentially very dangerous especially for the elderly. It was a very high step-up and there were no grab bars.

It was convenient and wasn't noisy
Cigarette butts in no smoking area and the general cleanliness of the rooms and halls were not very good
We were just looking for a place to sleep but I would have been disappointed if we had paid a lot of money because I felt it could have been a lot cleaner.

Good price and location.
In poor repair. Bathroom door broken and jammed in frame. Coffee maker broken.
Some of the staff was very helpful. Others totally clueless. Coffee at continental breakfast luke warm, even immediately after brewing. The room was in poor repair. The veneer on the bathroom door was separating from the rest of the door and would jam in the door frame making the door very difficult to open. The coffee maker in the room was broken. Otherwise it was essentially what I would expect for the price. read more

Quiet, comfortable and staff was pleasant and professional.
Tattoos are a personal; they should be covered while working.
This was a pleasant experience. The young woman at check in was very polite, professional and friendly, as were certain other staff that I encountered upon checking in. The hotel offers cereal as part of their breakfast service; which is good if you are a child, but didn't quite appeal to my more adult preferences for my
morning meal. Overall, though, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and good location. read more

Nothing.
Everything.
Just very dirty, creepy and scary. Didn't feel safe. Old, check in behind bars.

The only place in Monroeville with a room when I needed it.
This motel is pretty much a flea-bag.
No problems checking in. I was immediately struck by the shabbiness of the building. Room was acceptable, except that the bed did not appear to have been changed. All in all, not worth the room rate - even if it is the cheapest place in town. Next time I'll pay a little more for a better place.

It included breakfast.
Rooms were not very clean, beds not very comfortable.
Compared to other one-star hotels we've stayed at, this was more expensive, had less amenities and was not as clean.
