Room not clean, room serviceslow, order wrong.

Staff were polite, facilities were good, nice bar area but room carpet felt dirty to walk on and room decor was ugly. Not clean behind bed or other furniture.

Quiet location close to everything, comfortable bedding.
Check in/out times wish could check in earlier and out later.

Very cozy and welcoming rooms, quiet setting for being located right off the turnpike. Staff were very friendly.

Remodel not done. Rusty metal towel racks, and everything worn out. Maybe some newer paint. Bad service.

I left my glasses in the room, and realized while at lunch after checking out. Then we went back for them after they had time to clean the room. They knew they had them right away, but made us wait an hour to bring them to us. They tried to get us to come back the next day, which we couldn't. The beds were too soft and old, the rooms had rusty metal, the supposed remodel wasn't completed, and the pub style restaurant had a loud DJ doing trivia games while we ate dinner so that we couldn't hear each other talk in the far corner. Overall a bad experience compared to the advertising, especially for the money we paid. read more

I thought the hotel was clean.
I did not appreciate that the housekeeping staff stole my cell phone from my room.

My hotel experience was excellent, until checkout. I left my room in a rush because housekeeping was knocking at the door and in the less than 10 minutes it took me to leave the room and checkout, I realized that I had left my cell phone in the room and returned, only to find the door open, no one inside, and the cell phone gone. Housekeeping helped me look and offered to call the phone and when I heard it vibrating, he insisted that it was not. When I asked the front desk to help me locate the stolen cell phone, they seemed unconcerned with my plight. I understand that the hotel is not responsible. This was a truly dissatisfactory experience. read more

Attractively decorated, especially in the pool area.
Not all of the amenities described (i.e. game room) were actually available.

The hotel is well situated in reference to the major roads in a nice neighborhood. There was a variety of locations to eat close by and the entire stay was very family friendly. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay again if traveling in the area.

Everything was available right there.
It was somewhat confusing; like a maze.

It was convenient because the wedding, the reception, and our room was all located right there. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
