There were many things that I was unhappy about but the main thing was housekeeping entering my room while I was out to breakfast when I had the privacy sign on my door. I did want housekeeping to come in and no one ever did. It was ridiculous. The hotel was under renovation and the staff seemed less than thrilled to be working there.
