I did not request changing of my bathroom light when it died.

Location was good , but overall dingy carpet and hallways. I did not feel safe as I was traveling alone as a single woman.

The room was small with no real closet.

The staff was very friendly. However, the cold water did not work in the shower. The restaurant closed to early in the morning.

Great location. Everything was convenient. Staff was friendly.

Best Western Center City is in an ideal location for touring the Museum District of Philadelphia. We found we could walk to many of the attractions. The area is quiet and we felt safe there.

It was in the charming Fairmont section of Phil. Short cab ride to Phil. proper. Staff was were very approachable and helpful.
Found dirty towel in room when first arrived. Foul moldy smell in one of the rooms first presented. Door painted shut in another room.

Convenient. Safe. Friendly.
