The security guard who let his car door hit my car 2 times.

The Philadelphia Extended Stay hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but has great sound proofing, because I didn't hear any aircraft traffic throughout my visit. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Truly a decent 2-star hotel.

Key did not unlock outside locks. Locked out of building and room for 3 hours! Was given two keys, only one key worked. If I had taken the wrong key would have been locked out of room too, and emergency number no one answers. Called customer service following Monday and explained problem to voicemail, but customer service never called back. Bad experience will never stay at again! read more
