My 20th floor room had a nice view of the Penn statue on city hall.
I was charged $4 for pulling into the garage for less then five minutes.

Convenient location.
The room was weirdly designed, there was a locked slide door on the wall and I could easily hear what's on TV from the room next to mine!
It was okay, neither pleasant nor unpleasant about the hotel. Wouldn't stay there again though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!
They have satellite TV that lost signal in a rain storm.
Overall, a great stay! Very convenient location for downtown and much more affordable than places right around the corner. Staff was very nice and accommodating! They even extended our check out time 2 hours! Room was clean and nicely sized. Highly recommended!

I loved the location and the ease in which I could explore Philadelphia.
The air conditioning system struggled to keep the room cool so it was on high constantly.
I enjoyed the convenience of its location and amenities.

Great location; very clean; friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing but carbs for breakfast, need some protein.
As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. Enjoyed the nice comfortable chair and ottoman while I checked out the local magazine for sights to visit and restaurants to try. Felt like it was centrally located for all my needs. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there on my next visit to Philadelphia.

The location to downtown was excellent.
The power went off for about 1:30 minutes on the 10 with no explanation.
The hotel was in a wonderful location. I was there on business but was able to take in some the wonderful sights and attractions.

The rooms were clean and spacious.
Even though I had paid for my room, there was no room available the first night, I was sent to another hotel.
I liked the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was friendly. I was located near the train station so it was easy to get around Philly. They overbooked and I didn't get a room on the first night. I didn't understand that, since I had already paid for my room.

Good location and friendly staff.
Had to get a smoking room in order to get two beds.
Overall excellent hotel and friendly staff. The only downer was I stayed on a smoking floor in order to meet my desired accommodations, but it wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and nice at check in and let me check in a few hours early.
