The room was big.
Bad location, the staff was rude, a lot of stuff broken.

This hotel was not listed correctly. It was listed as downtown and in the historic district. People laughed when I told them that. Most of the stuff was broken, eg. elevator, ice machines, etc. The restaurant and went in one night and sat for 30 minutes and no one waited on me, so I left. (and it wasn't closed). Also I only found one worker who was kind enough to help me with directions. read more

Broken entrance door, broken elevator, broken alarm system (5 false alarms in one morning).

Hotel should be closed, everything is broken, much of staff is unkept, they
care more about selling parking than caring for hotel guests.

No van service from hotel after 11PM, I called at 11:01 PM and had to pay dollars to the hotel.

I would guess the Holiday Inn Stadium is about to lose their franchise. It is in need of renovation and and areas like the elevator lobby serious need of re-carpeting and cleaning, also the same elevator that was inoperative last winter is still inop.

Very clean with very comfy bed. Glad to have internet, but why not a complimentary breakfast.
I would have liked the Benny the Bums to be up and running and a complimentary breakfast.

Very nice, cozy and in a good location. Very clean and could support any traveler.

The staff was friendly.
Toilet didn't work and there was
no alcohol on site.

This facility was not exactly at the airport, room was not that clean, toilet was disgusting and didn't work right. They do not serve alcohol on site but didn't find that out until I ordered. I left. Location is next to a race track and had some questionable folks in the parking lot/area.
