Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue - a magnificently restored national historic landmark building in the heart of Philadelphia's downtown business and cultural centers - known as the "Grande Dame of Broad Street", 8 miles to Philadelphia International Airport. 6 blocks from the Convention Center. The Park Hyatt Philadelphia just finished a guestroom renovation in October 2002. Approximately $30,000 per room was spent on 130 of its guestrooms to re-decorate and update. The lavish refurbishing invokes a soothing, home-like feeling for guests. Everything was super expensive.

Beautiful hotel but needs some maintenance works. Rooms were smaller than the ones pictured.

Very pleasant in every manner!
Access to the health club was a limited time allotted for children.

Everything was perfect, the staff, rooms and services that were offered. I would definitely come back and stay there.

Absolutely amazing hotel, location. Valet parking, bellman, high end shopping on main floor of lobby. Excellent location for parents taking seniors on college tours. Staff helpful with maps, University information, Internet available. Staff went out of their way to assist us in every way possible. Had my twin HS seniors with me to go on visit to UPENN. Very close to school. Great Philadelphia location. Just a fabulous "vacation-like" feel during a stressful time in life! Highly recommend to other college-seeking parents and seniors as well! read more

The staff - very friendly and helpful
The fitness center was difficult to get to from the room. You have to go through several common areas.

Excellent service! The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel seemed historical and was in a very good location to the local attractions. I will always stay at this hotel when in the Philly area.
