Convenient to the tunnel taking you to downtown Pittsburgh.
Not up to Comfort Inn and Suites standards.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, even so, it looks as though it was another brand hotel before Comfort Inn and Suites took it over. Nothing was up to the standard that I expect and pay for from Comfort.

A/C in the lounge did not work

Very decent place for the money. Very friendly, courteous staff. Sufficient breakfast and easy access to downtown.

The desk clerk gave me wonderful directions when I got lost staying on the phone with me until I arrived. Much appreciated!
Really small.

The staff was great! Even giving me directions to the hotel and to the Arena where we were going. Above and beyond! Wonderful!

My toddler liked looking at the fish in the lobby fountain. The breakfast was okay.
It is in a shady part of town, not well-kept, and the staff not warm.

So not worth the money for this place! If there was a lower star than 1 I'd give it that.

Old, worn out structure. Lots of unsafe looking wiring and holes in carpets and walls in corners

For a cheap place to sleep it was just fine. Rooms were quiet and clean, although worn out and in need or repairs.
