Very friendly staff!
No pool, or on site dining.

I was very pleased with this hotel, my husband and I traveled with 2 small children. The facility was clean, my only complaint was the room did have a slight odor of cigarette smoke, even though we were in an non smoking room. The hotel is close to many restaurants and malls. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating.

Close to attractions and downtown.
Room smelled.

Have stayed here before and will again. Good room for the price. Entrance to hotel not easily accessible. Have to go past it an make a U turn when coming from I-79. Love the waffle maker!

The hotel staff was friendly and attended to our needs promptly.
Location. One must go past the hotel and turn around in another driveway in order to get to hotel entrance.

If you will not be spending a lot of time at the hotel and basically need a place to sleep, it should meet your needs. We found it quiet, with a courteous staff. The room was clean and there was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate, but the dining area is very small. Took our items back to the room.

The jacuzzi was awesome and the room was large.
The pillows were small and uncomfortable. There was a smell of a deodorizer spray which bothered my asthma.

We loved it. I would call ahead though and ask them not to spray air freshener in the room. It was bothering my asthma quite a bit. The room was large and seemed clean. The pillows were small, square and not comfy! We will return again because of the jacuzzi!

Nice place to rest ours heads after the football game.
I had to pass the hotel to enter safely, its location is not a very good one.

Like the staff very friendly, would stay there again if no other choices were available.

Bath curtain fixture bracket in need of repair. Limited TV channels.

Pleasant experience. Convenient to airport. No restaurant at or adjacent to the hotel.

had to go past turn around then pull in their lot.

Excellent staff, clean room, free beer in the lobby (if you drink) and close to all major Pittsburgh attractions overall a very nice clean place to stay.

Nice big room with couch and office desk.
You can only turn in to it by making a u-turn that is illegal.

They will build a hotel anywhere. This hotel is proof.
