Doubletree Guest Suites Philadelphia West

Going to bed found stained sheets. Next day asked at the front desk for sheets to be changed. Went to bed that night and still had stained sheets. Called the front desk asked for clean sheets but they brought more stained sheets. Asked that the manager contact us but he did not. Called and left a message for the manager to call back but he did not.

Excellent hotel for the business traveler or a family.

I've always had good experiences staying at this hotel. Staff is consistently pleasant and accommodates extra requests. Especially the one at the front desk - she is amazing!

Room was clean and the hotel interiors are nice. The room I was in is divided into bedroom and a sitting room which was nice. The rooms have a window looking out into the lobby and since the rooms all surround the atrium/lobby so if there is an event in the atrium the noise can be heard in the hotel room if the event is particularly loud. This is a great hotel but the room was NOT cleaned.

The hotel provides excellent service and all the staff is very cordial and considerate. I definitely will go back there next time.

A beautiful and convenient location right across from the Plymouth Meeting mall. The bed and linens were heavenly. We used the workout room but didn't realize there was also an indoor pool. Alas, we had no swimsuits with us. I could hardly believe our bid was accepted. Would like to visit again.

This hotel needs to keep both its computers operational. It is what it is.

Hotel in corporate park and off the beaten path. Layout of public spaces very similar to an Embassy Suites. Party noise from the open area was a problem for some. Suites not as nice as Embassy Suites and looked a bit worn.
