The staff "welcomes" and "pampers" guests at this chain link "convenient" to restaurants and "not far from Downtown"; an on-site "popular" night/comedy club and "attractive" common areas, including an "excellent" indoor pool, are benefits, as are the "tastefully decorated" rooms, but a few cry foul over "small", "outdated" baths and the "minimal" gym facility.

Noisy room on ground floor by roadway across from ice machine.

I have stayed in this hotel before, on a higher floor, and found it very satisfactory. This time I was placed in a lower level room with the unfortunate location across the hall from the ice maker and on the roadway. The room was well and tastefully furnished, the king bed was very comfortable with a large selection of pillows. All common areas were clean and comfortable, though I did not use them. The wireless and wired internet were not used during my stay, but previously were speedy and easily accessed. read more

Staff was very friendly.
About the only fault with the facilities was the hallway carpet.

Good location, very nice rooms, nice beds with really nice sheets/blankets/pillows. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Don't let the strange outside paint scheme/colors fool you, the rooms are very nice as is the lobby and pool.

We liked the hotel very much but as we said the microwave and fridge while listed as standard for guests were not.

The beds were so comfortable and the room was very nicely decorated.
The wait staff was kind of rude and the floor in our room was wet.

This was a nice hotel to stay at and we enjoyed our time there. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and attended promptly to my request.
There were bugs in the room and the decor was definitely outdated and dirty.

Need a kitchenette, microwave area for those staying longer

Clean, attractive, respectful hotel. Good for family and great place to stay if you plan to shop the local outlets. Clean, well kept.
