Econo Lodge Shamokin Dam

It was very clean and staff very nice.

Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The walls did not provide the noise protection that a newer designed motel would have provided. Although the motel provided everything needed and was well maintained, I would stay in a newer hotel if I was booking again.

this is a small, but clean and well managed motel. it was ideal for to pop in overnite on a long road trip and get the rest i needed.

Nice location, right off the main highway, but not noisy. It seemed like our feet were always dirty. I don't know how often they vacuum the carpets (in our room anyways).

I asked about their address why my GPS could not find them. I was told because of the 911 system. The people at the front desk were very nice to my children. The hotel is located far from other locations but well worth the money. They need to add more to the breakfast for children.

The hotel was very clean. Hotel staff was helpful. The hotel could improve if it would beef up the continental breakfast in the morning.

The grounds are well kept, the room was very clean, but too small. The toilet is 5 inches from the toilet paper roll. The staff smoke in the laundry room area where the vending machines are.
