By far the best hotel experience of the year! FRIENDLY, polite, helpful staff from the moment I walked in until my departure three days later. Clean spacious room. The front desk has a DVD library, and each room is outfitted with a DVD player. The kitchennette was a major plus.

Good hotel overall. I was pretty satisfied with what I got for the price I had paid. May be they can do a little better on the breakfast menu.

Disorganized and very poor customer service.

Called and explained I would be checking in late twice. Arrived a little before AM and the front lobby was a ghost town. I had to call corporate, who then woke up the night manager at home to find someone on duty. 45 minutes later I got in my room after driving all day.
When the night helped arrived she blamed me for getting her in trouble. Poor customer service.

Bathroom design - I could clearly see the TV while sitting on the toilet!
Difficult to find in the dark, signage from road to building could be improved.

Great for an extended stay; room is equipped with full function kitchen. Could have better breakfast for over-night travelers.

For the price, it was comfortable.
Had very low water pressure for taking a shower.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable for the price. It is great if you are staying for more than a couple days. The only major problem we had is our toilet clogged up. But was taken care of right away.

Our stay was only overnight, but we were surprised of the cleanliness of all areas of this economy hotel.

The staff was very helpful to us. When we needed it.
The bed was too small for a couple to sleep comfortability.

The bed is
ok for one person but not to share. The room was clean and had plenty of room to do work. I would stay here again if it would be just me traveling.
