Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room did not have a thick extra blanket.

I travel between Montreal, Quebec and Raleigh NC several times a year. This hotel is my first choice for an overnight stay. The rooms are always nice (non-smoking), include microwave and fridge, and the staff is almost always very friendly, polite and helpful.

Our room was very clean and well equipped. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. All the staff was very friendly.
The floor in the foyer & the carpet in the lobby both needed cleaning. Our room was a little bit cramped for the three of us.

We were visiting colleges on a tight schedule & budget so all we needed was a clean, comfortable, convenient place to sleep with coffee and a good breakfast included in the price of the room. This hotel fit the bill for us. Having the free internet services in the lobby was a real plus for us since we do not have laptops. The lobby was very bright & welcoming with coffee, comfy couches, current news on the TV & fresh apples at our disposal. read more
