Old building, sometimes elevator didn't work too well.

This was not in the best area and was very old. We would not go back.

The room ceiling.

I was looking for an overnight prior to a cruise and it was convenient. It did not meet my standards for an inexpensive night. Need towels provided so we could go to the beach.

Close to the beach and other nicer hotels.
The rooms were pricey for something very simple and bathroom windows open from out of room.

The bathroom windows were located in the lobby way of the room and anyone can easily open them even if they are closed.

Horrible bathroom, toliet didn't work, little hot water.

Couldn't believe that a hotel wouldn't provide washcloths. When we arrived, the smoke alarm was beeping; answer was to remove the battery and didn't replace it. Didn't feel safe in this hotel. Elevator didn't even meet the floor, either was going to fall in or fall out of it. Very dangerous! Would not return to this hotel...ever. The price wasn't worth the stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

No shampoo or conditioner, plumbing was backwards so it took a while to get warm water in the shower. No wash clothes.

Dirty, no hot water, dangerous area, bad staff and bad customers.

Do not stay at this hotel ever, even for free.

The location is great right by Isla Verde area and next to the airport. The room looked clean but if you look good enough it was not. However for this time of the year is reasonably priced. Ok for one nighter when you are coming in late or you have to take an early flight.

Convenient to airport, restaurants & nightlife.
Too noisy, small bathrooms and no towels.

Although it is very convenient to the airport, we found the facility to be old and somewhat uncomfortable. Very noisy (airplanes and people yelling in halls). Elevator was extremely small and difficult to navigate with 2 people and 3 pieces of luggage. No ramps to pull luggage into lobby and front door is in an alley. We asked for a wakeup call at 4 am which never came. Almost missed flight. No shuttle service to airport - must have front desk call cab. read more
