It was close to the casino. Bathroom soaps were of high quality.
During lunch there was the bartender/waitress. Too long to get waited on and the food wasn't not that good.

The food was not very good and the people at the desk did not seem friendly. I travel a lot and usually the front desk are very pleasant. The restaurant took to long to get a drink or the food due to the bartender being the waitress and bartender. Not a place I would like to stay again.

The proximity was close to the town's shopping and attractions.
The elevator was near the lobby and my room was on the far end. More elevators should be installed at multiple wings of the hotel on each end.

They accommodated my room one or two rooms from my relatives as we were there for a wedding which was nice.

First time in my life I was staying in the basement. Small window just above ground was blocked by cars on the parking lot. Hot and humid corridor we have shared with hotel's Laundry. We did not stay second night and left earlier.

Hard to find rooms - very confusing room number locations.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Spacious room. Jacuzzi tub and double sinks.

Not bad but very low on my list of choices. Unfortunately, I was making last minute travel plans. The manager I spoke with, and 2 staff members, were quite rude. The manager by far was the rudest person I've met in some time. She made no attempt to help me resolve my billing issues and constantly tried to speak over me during our discussion. I had to call my credit card company and have a three way conversation to settle the billing matter. I have filed a formal complaint with Best Western customer service. read more
