It was luxurious and the beds were wonderful!
I would have liked to had a coffee shop available.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay. This was our third or fourth time to stop at this Weston and the rate was terrific going through Priceline. We will definitely use your service again!

It's quite expensive for the region.

Excellent room, could have used more electrical outlets for business traveler with multiple electron hook ups. Overall, very nice hotel.

Location
Resturant staff at brunch was unacceptable. Not one person came to our table for coffee or to fill water glasses.

Within walking distance to Federal Hill.
Room was worn and bed not a typical Westin comfort, used and old.

Beautiful view of capitol. The room itself felt a bit worn and needed new carpets and wall covering, also was a bit dusty. The beds were not reminiscent at all of the Westin beds in fact they were uncomfortable. Pool was nice, but whirlpool and bathrooms were closed at time we visited.

Friendliness of staff.
The handling of our reservations.

When we arrived we were told we could only have a king room rather that 2 doubles. We were put in a room on the conference room floor rather than with the rest of the hotel rooms. After we complained about the lack of safety on that floor were were moved to a regular hotel room. During our stay our shampoos, conditioners, and lotions were not replenished.
