The staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and warm. I liked the large bathroom.
The room I agreed to was not there. I had a different room and the shower was very hard to use.

The hotel is back behind a shopping center and was hard to find in the dark night. I called the night before to reconfirm my late arrival and was told my room would be ready. The room was gone. When I got there, all they could offer was a handicap room. I had no problem with the room for the exception, the shower was hand held and you could not stand and shower. There was no holder for the shower head as an option. If the hotel is going to offer this room as an option it should be accommodating to all people. read more

The rooms are not clean

The staff is very friendly and accomadating. The breakfast is excellent considering the star rating of the hotel. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel rooms. They had to switch us to a different room since the first room had dirty carpet with popcorn residue and the carpet was unraveling (at first we thought it was lint). The staff was very accomadating and switched us to a different room. Unfortunately, this room has had carpet that was is desperate need of being replaced. It was stained and unraveling as well. We also found the top to a deoderant stick laying on the floor. We definitely question how well they clean the rooms and made our stay less enjoyable. We would probably not stay at this hotel again. read more

Good location to some great restaurants and easy to get to.

No frills Holiday Inn Express - rooms are OK - pretty plain jane. A lot of contractors I noticed were staying here at the hotel - a lot of work trucks outside. I figured they got a good and cheap weekly rate as there are not a lot cheap options like Myrtle Beach area. They provide an OK free breakfast and a managers reception with some lite foods and drinks. The staff is always friendly as I have stayed here a few times. read more

Spacious room, quiet, clean and comfortable.
Room had no view, Hotel partial roof top with AC for a view.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place and well kept inside and out.
