Airplane noise was HORRENDOUS!

I loved everything about this hotel. Until a plane flew over, and then another, and then another until 2am. I live near an airport so I didn't listen to the other reviews that warned of airplane noise. Thought I could handle it. NOT! It sounded like the planes would land in my room. It literally kept me up until the last plane passed around 2am. It woke me kids up several times. While I loved the hotel - I will NOT be staying here again if I plan to sleep! read more

Charging for the regular brewed coffee is crazy.

If you have a bad back, the mattresses are very futon like. I read that on some reviews and since I was traveling by car I was able to bring my mattress topper which made all the difference. If you are big into baths, there are only shower stalls. The rooms are very, very clean. My television just stopped working the first day I was there and someone was at my room in 10 minutes and had it taken care of in another 10 minutes. read more

The attitude of one of the desk people

The hotel was great... except for the non hotel guests using the lobby computer that seemed very less than reputable. My water bottle in my room was already opened and drank from. Our icebox was on a small box and was tilted to one side. They had hybrid parking at the front of the hotel that had ZERO hybrid vehicles in it. Half of the vehicles were SUVs. When I asked the desk clerk about it he had an attitude and did not seem to care. For the price, this hotel left alot to be desired. read more

It was very modern and High Tech.
During the day there was a lot of airplane traffic above.

Took my wife and daughter for an overnight. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice. I would stay again.
