It was beautiful, comfortable and in the perfect location for walking the city.
The air conditioning got cold and hot depending if the air was blowing.

Beautiful room with an awesome view of the courtyard. There just happened to be a wedding ceremony going on there and it was beautiful.

Very spacious accomodations, very comfortable bed, friendly staff.
We could not get the water in the shower to get hot. Only got luke warm.

We LOVED this hotel and would definitely stay here again especially since we felt we got more than our money's worth thru Priceline. The staff was very friendly and prompt to help us in every matter.

The beautifully detailed hotel was conveniently set in the historic district and adjacent to many dining venues.
The view from our room was not very picturesque, but the convenient location made up for it.

I have stayed in several of the Hilton hotels and their family of hotels on the west coast and was delighted by the convenient location, the superb appointments, and the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Great customer service, was upgraded when requested to have a small fridge for baby food.
Air conditioner leaking in room, took 2 days to fix.

Great hotel! Customer service was very friendly and upgraded us for free to a suite when we requested a small fridge for baby food. The only problem we had was with the air conditioner leaking water in our room. It took several phone calls to the front desk and different service people to come to fix it. Even still, we were given free buffet breakfast and a tin of their FABULOUS cookies from the hotel as compensation! I would highly recommend it. read more

Bug bites after sleeping on pull out.

The location is perfect and the staff was very helpful. They were able to accomodate our request for double beds because we were traveling with our son. Great room.
