The location of the hotel was excellent - walking distance to just about everything I was interested in. The staff was uniformly helpful.
The carpets are a bit tired and there was a faint musty odor in the room when I first got there.

The public spaces in the hotel are clean and attractive. The staff was great, especially the concierge. I spoke with him the first morning I was there. He steered me towards the best tours and restaurants and arranged for a reliable car service to take me out to the Huntley, which is about a 15 minutes ride away from the hotel. All of his suggestions were first rate and he contributed a great deal to an outstanding trip. read more

The hotel in the common areas where fine. But in the room the trashcans where dirty with ketchup in theme they just put the trash bags over them without cleaning them. When we return in the night we realized we had no remote for the TV and none of the channels worked. The ironing board had no pad. Overall a very poor.

It was clean.
We had a handicapped room with no tub and a view of the parking lot.

It would be good for a family or someone visiting the local college.

Great coffee always available. Fresh cookies in lobby at 4:30 every day.

The hotel had a great location to all the main attractions. It was very clean and had a very attractive lobby. All the employees were very helpful. We only ate breakfast there but I would have to say that it had the best breakfast in town. By the way, this is my fourth time to stay at this hotel - I am very pleased and will book my next with you at this hote.
