Seemed like just remodeled or new. Nice hotel.
Tub needed cleaning due to finding hairs in tub that were not mine.

Very nice hotel and very convenient. Up to date, modern hotel. Probably needs bathroom cleaned a little more and inspected and not just wiped down.

The cleanliness, location and layout of room.
Parking was expensive.

The hotel was great. I absolutely loved the open layout of the room and did not feel confined or crammed at all. We had a room on the street side and it was a bit noisy. For light sleepers, I suggest ear plugs. The bedding is very comfortable. Watch out for parking as it is a bit expensive (10 dollars a night plus another optional dollar). I loved that there was a little kitchen area, so you did not need to order out if you didn't want to. All around a great experience. read more

The staff were exceptionally professional and surprisingly personable!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was nicely furnished and clean. It was also a decent sized room so we weren't tripping over each other or our stuff. The parking garage is a little tight, but it was a very nice stay. The exercise room is well equipped with cardiac & weight machines as well as free weights.

Bathroom was somewhat small and did not have a fan or vent.

Lovely, easy, convenient; makes a nice impression; enjoyed having a small refrigerator in the room. Large screen TV was a plus, nice decor. Would return.

Awesome hotel in the heart of the USC campus, great restaurants nearby, shuttle w/in a 5 mile radius, I highly recommend.

Simple accommodating rooms.

The room was fantastic, with great amenities and very comfortable beds. Everything was especially clean and neat and the people at the front desk were very helpful and informative.
